I'm down 0.2 pounds from last week. The reality is that I'm just bouncing around in the same weight-range, which is ~7-9 pounds above my personal target (but still below my official WW goal weight). I have plenty of excuses, and some of them really are good ones (this week, a local restaurant became kosher for 3 days, so we got to eat a real meal out in a restaurant--we ate there 3 times!), and some aren't so good (I was bored, so I ate a bunch of cashews).

My head is simply not in the game right now.

Perhaps I should simply recognize that I'm maintaining, and not actively working towards my personal target right now. Tall Steve used to make that point, that sometimes you're not in a mental place to work on your weight, so you should just focus on maintenance.

Anyway, it's the 5th day of Hanukkah, and we're going to have some latkes tonight, and since my daughter is in town for the weekend, I'm betting that Mrs. Omania will make some donuts too.

Maybe I can mentally gear up to get back on the weight-loss train after New Year's?

Really enjoyed the Thanksgiving weekend and was sort of mindful. Back at it the rest of the week

Up 1.8. Still at goal! Rough las week, with company Wednesday and Thursday, and leftovers, including ice cream (my Achilles heel). Like Steve0, I'm shooting for a 10-15# lower. Since weigh-in this Wednesday, I have 2 days under (-1.4# total)> Need to keep working it!

Up 1 lb this week but was up much more then that through the week. Can really relate to @steve0mania but getting my head back in the game. Is only a wish that I was 7-8 lbs above my target weight.
    On to another week.

Well, it was a week of foolish choices, and the result is a well-deserved gain of 3.2 pounds. I did fine at Thanksgiving, and then apparently celebrated that result by being undisciplined. Not shocked at the result; just disappointed in the behavior. Maybe you can teach an old dog new tricks, but it seems they’ll still prefer the old ones. Let’s see if I can get my head back in the game this week instead of - well, you know . . .

That is the story of my weight loss life. If you look at my chart, I have my best loss on Saturday mornings. Then I feel like I can relax over the weekend. Often just a little too much relaxing.
