Consistency

Great Morning! Fasting till around 11:30 which will mark my 16 hours. One thing I understand is how important consistency is. Consistency is what get results. Posting daily and sharing my journey is one thing that keeps me going. Enjoy your Sunday. I am headed to gym to workout while in a fasting state.

    yes yes yes consistency is key. I might start fasting again too. I also love to check in with others to keep me accountable. also remember to put something on your stomach before working out because your food is your fuel and you could pass out if you're working your body too hard without fuel. A simple smoothie or protein shake will do. but keep up the good work I will update you on any of my progress.
