Christmas Eve Check-In
I been up since 6am cooking my family Christmas Dinner. I am done. Been fasting for 17 hours 7pm to 12pm and just had my first meal which was 250 calories with 16 oz water I have walked so much already at 7000 steps which added tons more calories I can eat today. Weigh-in Great News
Starting Weight: 271.6 Current weight: 267.0 I have lost 4.6 pounds since starting Friday so what I am doing really working. 1,200 calories a day, half gallon of water, intermittent fasting and exercise. I even had a small cheeseburger yesterday.
Weigh-in/Check-in
Tomorrow I will Weigh-in just to see if what I did over this weekend gave me any results. I know the first week is mostly water weight but I feel really good. Going forward I will only Weigh-in every 7 days. Today I went to the gym and did treadmill only for 45 mins burning over 400 calories. Only thing I have to work on…
Consistency
Great Morning! Fasting till around 11:30 which will mark my 16 hours. One thing I understand is how important consistency is. Consistency is what get results. Posting daily and sharing my journey is one thing that keeps me going. Enjoy your Sunday. I am headed to gym to workout while in a fasting state.
