Weigh-in/Check-in

Tomorrow I will Weigh-in just to see if what I did over this weekend gave me any results. I know the first week is mostly water weight but I feel really good. Going forward I will only Weigh-in every 7 days. Today I went to the gym and did treadmill only for 45 mins burning over 400 calories. Only thing I have to work on is eating enough because when I exercise my appetite go bye, bye. Enjoy the rest of your Sunday and plan well for next week.
