Hi.. I have been on the AIP diet a few weeks for my leaky gut and it is helping me a great deal! Anyone else?

    Hi! I just joined this group. I have a number of Autoimmune Disorders. I do not do AIP any longer, for personal reasons, but I feel like it is really good for those who do not already have a "clean" diet.

    I also have autoimmune issues and followed AIP a few years ago. Now I follow a number of the principles but no longer beat myself up if I take a break, for instance over the holidays!
