I used this app in the past and now back in it. I hate resolutions, but I have been going back and forth with weight almost my entire life. I am a big guy, not fat just a former football player who went too far past DadBod to be happy.
Anyway, I searched for DAD groups, and go nothing in here worth a poop! So I am 42 so I guess this is my second choice. I am looking for suggestions, accountability, etc.
