It sucks that you keep getting locked out! I thought I was going to stay on my good roll of regular workouts, and then the dumb COVID hit us. Hubby and I are fully vaxed and boosted, so our symptoms were quite mild, but I felt crummy enough that working out didn't sound like a great idea. I took a day and a half off from work too. I wasn't so sick that I couldn't have worked, but the workload was pretty light and I have plenty of hours to take the time, so I did. I plan to work tomorrow and probably do my workout in the morning as well. If I get a good night's sleep, that is. I slept like a baby Friday night and slept in late Saturday morning. I barely slept at all last night — probably because I got so much the night before. I think I'll take a Benadryl at bedtime tonight just to increase my odds of getting some sleep.
