If you are new and want to join in, by all means, please do - we love to celebrate those losses with you! This is the standard format we try to use for these threads:
Name: (if you'd like to share)
My Numbers:
SW: Starting weight before you lost anything.
CW: Current weight at the beginning of the challenge.
GW: Goal weight for the month (what you would like to weigh at the end of the monthly challenge) Try to keep it realistic and SAFE!
LTGW: Lifetime goal weight ( What you would like to weigh at the end of your weight loss journey)
Weigh-ins: What days you will weigh-in; for example, Fridays
1/7/21 = (Fill out after each weigh-in.)
1/14/21 =
1/21/21 =
1/28/21= (final weigh in for the month)
Total WL/G for the month= total weight lost or gained for the month
It was also suggested that we could track our measurements at the beginning of each month to see how we do there, so feel free to add those too this month!

How is everyone’s week going so far? I have been trying to do some light walking. I hurt my knee and hip a few months back so I can’t walk every long with out pain but I am building up. I’m at 15 mins now. I think I may try and add in some weights this week3

So I was down to 214 last month, but gained 16lbs. I've been dealing with a lot, but I'm ready to take control of this1 -
Does anyone have any good online work out videos? Or any good recipes you would like to share? I saw one on tic toc where she got a Carmel rice cake and added some peanut butter and cool whip. Omg it’s amazing.0

@Skittles2183 I don't watch work out videos as I tend to do weights, walking and cycling when I'm trying to exercise more but I am always on the lookout for healthy meals that taste good ^_^ I'll start a new post where we can share our fave recipes!0 -

I use to do Zumba at my gym but right now I can’t move much with my knee so I just walk on my treadmill. But I do want to get back into some weight training.1 -

I'd like to add that part of my goal is being able to MOVE. I want to be able to get up and down off of the floor, cross my legs, sit with my knees together, not feel smothered by my belly, and to feel and be more energetic.2 -

all I am doing is low carb meals, and just walking. and its not even long walks haha maybe 15-20 mins at a time because of my knee. and I try to not eat past 8pm. my lowest was 357 and that was 4 years ago and I am so close1 -

GW for the month: was 343.75(1.5 a week) but will hafta change that as i lost that already. so i will say 335

Friends please shout me out some encouragement or give me a kick up the bum I've been working 16 hour days for 2 weeks and been eating trash the entre time. Got 2 more weeks of this before things calm down for a month before it's back to madness. I really need to not just eat garbage when I'm stressed out arrghhhh. Feeling sad.2

Awww sorry you are feeling sad. Instead of junk, have some fruit or veggies or channel your frustrations by doing some exercise instead. Go for a walk etc… just think if you “only” lose 1lb a week, you’ll have lost 52 pounds by this time next year. We can do it! We got this!! Hugs0
