    NOTE to SELF....

    an Occasional Drink is ok... using Skinny Girl (0 carbs & 0 calories) mixers that said
    I noticed I bloat up and gain a couple of lbs... but will lose it naturally in a couple of days
    .

    Since stopping Ketosis first part of Nov...... I seem to be just maintaining a 159-162
    teeter-totter ..... I feel good at this weight... I maintained through the Holidays...
    Starting New Years day... I had cut back a bit of walking & adding my January Winter
    Deep Cleaning & Deculttering & Organizing... while working towards feeling GREAT &
    Comfy Cozy in my body by reaching my healthy goal weight...

    I am thinking the adding of Carbs... may have contributed to me making stones AGAIN.
    So I am going to go back to KETOSIS... I felt better when then... It should help me get to
    goal weight, but mainly to stop the tummy probs... I do think that I will have to maintain
    with a VERY Low carb diet... staying under 75 a day... I will raise carbs when I reach 153 lbs
    .
