    Hi, my name is Wyn. I am a 70 yr old Canadian recovering from a stroke. I have lost almost 60 pounds and have 150 to go. I have had previous success with the Free To Be Thin Christian program but can no longer get the book.🥲 Thank you for allowing me to join.
