If you are new and want to join in, by all means, please do - we love to celebrate those losses with you! This is the standard format we try to use for these threads:

My Numbers:
SW: Starting weight before you lost anything.
CW: Current weight at the beginning of the challenge.
GW: Goal weight for the month (what you would like to weigh at the end of the monthly challenge) Try to keep it realistic and SAFE!
LTGW: Lifetime goal weight ( What you would like to weigh at the end of your weight loss journey)
Weigh-ins: What days you will weigh-in; for example, Fridays

At the end of jan I got down to 360 and went on a cruise for 2 weeks. I did really good because I only gained 2 lbs. I was very active and walked all over the ship. Now I’m back and my goal is to get as close to 350 as I can. I also plan on walking again on my treadmill and adding more water. Here’s to a great February1 -

For the first time in any of my weight loss/healthy living journeys I'm totally not sweating the scales, it's a really odd feeling to feel accepting of whatever the scales show each day. I feel like for the first time ever I've come to terms with the long term nature of what I've embarked on so it doesn't really matter what the scales say as long as I know I'm doing the right thing to get where I want to be eventually. I've been really good logging my food, making sure any treats (friends birthday party) are allowed for and I've started walking more, I'm doing a full house clear out which has made me feel really positive and I'm setting up a little home gym. Scales don't reflect how good I'm feeling and that's fine. They will eventually.1 -

I didn’t lose anything this week. I’m really bummed by this. But I know I am going in the right Direction.
This weeks goals are walk 4 times for at least 30 mins. And not eat after 8 pm every night. I can do this.

Had a good week motivation wise and my house declutter is proceeding well. My focus this week has been to slow down my eating as I've always been a fast eater and it's making such a big difference on my sense of fullness. My SiL visited this weekend and she's the slowest eater I know and we finished about the same time so I was pleased with that as a marker for how I'm doing.
The big thing for me this week is that my husband (who hasn't joined me on this journey so far) told me how proud he was of me and that how strong I'm being is really motivating him to make better choices. I would love for him to be part of this journey with me as it's always easier when you have a live-in motivator instead of a tempation machine especially as he does the grocery shopping

Yay everyone is doing amazingly! I couldn't do my weight this weekend as apparently my scale battery has gone and it's a weird little flat thing that I don't have spare so I'll hopefully get one this week ^_^1

I had a tummy bug during the week and started TTOM Big drop the day I was sick (no surprise) but I feel bloated and sore. Food has been pretty good, still tracking everything. Sleep has been terrible, anxiety pretty high so I end up mentally tidying up and over the weekend phsyically doing the same. House is in that "messier than I started" stage of the declutter but it's progressing, going to get even worse before it gets better but I really want to get my junkroom cleared so I can set up a donated treadmill. I finally got my scales working again! Buuut I weigh the same >_> Thought I was doing quite well but evidently not lol. I was doing my bad habit of guessing the calories for the day so guess I was wildly underestimating. Back to tracking today. Also really must drink water better as I've been up for 7 hours and realised I've not drank any water yet and that is really typical for me, I am so bad at drinking! I've ordered a little light that attaches to your drinking bottle or glass and flashes to remind you to drink so I'm thinking that might be a game changer hehe! Optimistic I can lose at least something with the time left this month but I tend to see a week delay between good habits and weigh ins so might not see results til next week.1

Small gain this week, totally deserved, I was waaaaay too lax this weekend. I really need to have a better plan for the weekends. During the week I have healthy snacks to hand at work but the weekend it's too easy to go cupboard hunting.
