 Still working this plan out. I've been in pre-contemplation mode for far too long. I'm now in contemplation mode and beginning to dip into action mode. I've got a vision board on my refrigerator, and an exercise calendar where I just check off whether I've exercised or not that day. It's been helpful to see the visual progress. I was at 170.2 this week, but managed to get back to 168.6 today. I've got new rules in place, like only having sweets after dinner, not all day long. I've got a goal of losing 40lbs more and I know it's possible.1

 Note To Self....
 I am planning to do Ketosis (20-22 carbs only a day) in KETO for February... I did go over in carbs
 a couple days... so Not in KETOSIS yet... I stayed on track with rest of diet.... Since I basically
 stayed same all week... It confirms for me... I need to get into ketosis to finish to my Personal
 Healthy Goal... I am Committed & I will succeed into KETOSIS this WEEK
