Once in a while it is good to revisit WHY we are doing this. It can be challenging, yet here we are. What is it that keeps you going?

Why? I like feeling the way I feel after exercising. I like looking better in my clothes. I like the confidence I have to try thing or to do things that aren't necessarily easy. I like not waking up every morning and having my inner monologue tell me I'm fat. I have a feeling of success even though I'm a work in progress.

May WHY is simple. In case I live longer, I want to be fit enough to take care about myself and my husband wanted that I stayed in a healthy weight and did sport.
