Once in a while it is good to revisit WHY we are doing this. It can be challenging, yet here we are. What is it that keeps you going?

Why? I like feeling the way I feel after exercising. I like looking better in my clothes. I like the confidence I have to try thing or to do things that aren't necessarily easy. I like not waking up every morning and having my inner monologue tell me I'm fat. I have a feeling of success even though I'm a work in progress.

My why has always been to keep up with the grandkids and to be able to get up and down off the floor. I am also wanting to lower my cholesterol. My blood pressure has lowered. I am able to pick out cute clothes. ;)
