    I'm reading that now.
    I just read the Rules of Normal Eating, When Food is Comfort and When Food is Love, and Good Girl's Drug. I got good things out of each of them, but they really talk about listening to your body and not necessarily trying to maintain a calorie deficit. I think that is probably wise for some, but I think I can handle a little more structure (which Beck is apparently very into). I have a lot of thoughts on all of these books and I'm glad I finally read them instead of just the fitspo type of stuff.
