    Exercise – yes, 2 dancing sessios - total 50 minutes. Also, over 8,600 steps, today.
    Tracked – yes
    Calories under– yes
    Just going for tracking and posting here, every day, for now. I'm gearing up for March, though.

    Pass Day #11

    Exercise: 40 minutes walk
    Tracking: Planned the day with calories already over because it was "takeout Friday" (rescheduled from Friday because of the snowstorm). I couldn't fit the takeout into my calories for the day and I really wanted it anyway.
    Calories: Over even what I had planned because of extra nibbles. I was just really hungry all day.

    I have today planned already. I am trying to get some new month energy and thinking I can do better in March.

    I need to change yesterday to a pass day. After posting this, I did some late night snacking (bingeing) that I didn't track and know that it put me over calories. No winner's circle for me this month as I'm now at 4 pass days,

    That's ok, you still did incredibly well. My Dad used to say, set goals, and even if you don't meet them, you'll still get further than if you didn't set any. Congrats, 4 pass days is still amazing 👏

    Absolutely correct! No goal, then you have nothing to look forward to.
