    Documenting consistency (if there is a P=instead of number its a Pass Day)

    2 more days of February to go and I plan to be in the winner's circle.

    I need to change yesterday to a pass day. After posting this, I did some late night snacking (bingeing) that I didn't track and know that it put me over calories. No winner's circle for me this month as I'm now at 4 pass days,

    That's ok, you still did incredibly well. My Dad used to say, set goals, and even if you don't meet them, you'll still get further than if you didn't set any. Congrats, 4 pass days is still amazing 👏

    Absolutely correct! No goal, then you have nothing to look forward to.

    Awe, tyvm friend <3 I missed posting quite a few days this month though. And yes, spring is coming thankfully!

    Exercise? Yes
    Tracking? not so much (buffet breakfast/brunch for a baby shower - dinner out with my son) I didn't even know *how* to estimate the food I ate, even if the quantity wasn't huge.
    Calories? I'm gonna say no.

    Not a winner, not even sure I'm a champion this time. But, I'll be back next month and hope I do better.
