I need to change yesterday to a pass day. After posting this, I did some late night snacking (bingeing) that I didn't track and know that it put me over calories. No winner's circle for me this month as I'm now at 4 pass days,4 -

That's ok, you still did incredibly well. My Dad used to say, set goals, and even if you don't meet them, you'll still get further than if you didn't set any. Congrats, 4 pass days is still amazing 👏6 -

Yes to logging and staying under. No to exercising. I won't be a Champion this month.

Thanks @Jana_2020 and @victorious55 - I am slightly disappointed in myself for giving into a binge, but at the same time more determined to not let it turn into anything more than a two-day issue. Was hoping to finish February strong as I know I have a tough March ahead with 2 trips planned and 2 social events on top of that.5

Exercise? Yes
Tracking? not so much (buffet breakfast/brunch for a baby shower - dinner out with my son) I didn't even know *how* to estimate the food I ate, even if the quantity wasn't huge.
Calories? I'm gonna say no.
Not a winner, not even sure I'm a champion this time. But, I'll be back next month and hope I do better.4 -
