Tons of hiking in the mountains. It’s fine because of the intensity & length of the hike, but I didn’t hold calories to my target.

Pass Day #11
Exercise: 40 minutes walk
Tracking: Planned the day with calories already over because it was "takeout Friday" (rescheduled from Friday because of the snowstorm). I couldn't fit the takeout into my calories for the day and I really wanted it anyway.
Calories: Over even what I had planned because of extra nibbles. I was just really hungry all day.
I have today planned already. I am trying to get some new month energy and thinking I can do better in March.2 -

I need to change yesterday to a pass day. After posting this, I did some late night snacking (bingeing) that I didn't track and know that it put me over calories. No winner's circle for me this month as I'm now at 4 pass days,4 -

That's ok, you still did incredibly well. My Dad used to say, set goals, and even if you don't meet them, you'll still get further than if you didn't set any. Congrats, 4 pass days is still amazing 👏6 -

Thanks @Jana_2020 and @victorious55 - I am slightly disappointed in myself for giving into a binge, but at the same time more determined to not let it turn into anything more than a two-day issue. Was hoping to finish February strong as I know I have a tough March ahead with 2 trips planned and 2 social events on top of that.5
