BTW, you actually have to click the "join" button - lol. I saw the link and went in and bookmarked everything like I normally do. However, I realize I hadn't actually joined the March group when I tried to reply to the Introductions thread and it wouldn't let me.5

I plan to be a Winner this month.
It was a lovely bright sunny day today so I went up the hill for my bike ride – saw snowdrops, crocuses, daffodils, beautiful! Also got out for a walk in the afternoon.
Calories were a bit tricky – I didn’t feel like cooking so I agreed my boyfriend could buy lunch (an easy cook meal to cook at home). He chose his favourite – meatballs al forno– delicious but the calories! I gave him a much bigger portion than me but I reckon mine was still about 500 calories – a very large proportion of my daily allowance. The culprit is the fat content. Luckily the long bike ride and the walk plus a cardio workout gave me the calories to match.

Did my first Apple Fitness+ workouts. Really not impressed that this must be done on my iPhone? Apple Watch won’t synch with iPad? Can’t use MacBook Air? Meh. There are better ways to get this done. Also did 35 minutes on the treadmill and exceeded step goal.
One more day in February. Thank goodness it is soon over.

I was SO hungry yesterday. And every time I ate I just wanted more food. I do not know what is up with me - is it my thyroid (though otherwise I feel fine re: thyroid symptoms)? Is my experiment with eating more fiber a dismal failure? Is my weight loss just doomed? I feel like it's been a long time of being hungry and I just get hungrier.
Really it's been a few weeks that I've been struggling with feeling very hungry - it inspired me to increase my fiber and that does not seem to be helping (but maybe just needs more time).
So what I did do yesterday was track EVERYTHING - which meant that I was 277 calories over goal at the end of the day. I did still lose a bit of weight, though, so maybe my goal is too low and that's part of it? But I think that weight loss was just within my normal fluctuation.
I don't have the willpower to power through this hunger day after day. But I am going to at least track everything I eat and then I will have the data to look at and maybe be able to figure out what is going on.
I put some broth on the menu today as a mid-morning snack - see if that helps.3
