Up 0.2 lbs. Kind of a wash but just no loss. Still in the game. Can't quit for sure0

WW = down 1.6. At home = down 2.8 since last Friday.1

Last week I was up 4.0, based on a mix of Valentines Day (which impact I accepted) and then three days of not adhering to plan. So that +4.0 last week was my slap upside the head.
This week? Down 3.8, which is a pretty good recovery. I regret the fact that the prior week effectively wasted an opportunity to do even better, but I did hit my target of losing two pounds for the month. Since January was a wash in that regard, I’m still 2 pounds off my intention for the year.
But overall, I’m content dealing with my first world problems . . . . 😉2 -

Up 1.6 since my last participation about a month ago. I've been struggling with evening snacking. I would even call it destructive eating. But I will not allow myself to become discouraged. I have dropped 40 lbs and I will continue to work to be healthy. I have a lot of deck boards that need attention on my 20-year-old cedar deck and it is very difficult to replace those with a huge gut.
