Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes 23 minutes of Pahla B strength and a 15 minute walk this afternoon

Met with dietitian today and we have a game plan for the next two weeks to help with constipation. We discussed that I am thinking and obsessing about this. At this point I am not miserable but I do want to be regular. I am adding more insoluble fiber, and prune juice.6 -
March 2:
✅✅✅ exercise today was 45 minutes walking (some inside and some outside!). It was another gorgeous day!

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes an hour walk - I’m pretty proud of finding this exercise window this week. My fiancées mom is visiting and my cat is recuperating from his paw surgery with that cone of shame… I have lots of excuses to skip this week but I’m not! I did pass on the extra hour of swimming but the cat had me up every couple hours so I needed sleep more.

I'm going to give your number system a try this month @GrandmaJackie and @bmcc9 ! I found myself counting/recounting a LOT at the end of the month in Feb to make sure I put the right number in there... this should help!6 -

Tracked it all and am under calories (and the kitchen is closed).
Exercise was two separate walks outside today (forgot to turn on the “workout” on my Apple Watch for the second). Stretching tonight. Stiff and a bit sore today from the workout yesterday. All good!
