Pass Day #2. I think I am accepting that I'm not shooting for Winner this month.
Exercise: 15 minutes MommaStrong, 30 minutes walk
Tracking: Every bite - that is my main goal this month, I have decided is to gather data by accurately tracking everything
Calories: 362 Over Goal. But still some weight lost.
I think one thing that I am learning is that maybe I was setting my calorie goal too low - and maybe all along I have been lying to myself about how much the nibbles add up.
I was not super hungry yesterday. Some of the calories came in because I decided to take my walk in town and stopped in for a hot drink and a chocolate truffle in two different stores. I didn't need them but I wanted them.2 -
