    Y, Y, Y. Got my workout in before we hit the road for the 5 hour drive. Daughter’s boyfriend made a wonderful dinner for all of us. Closed all my Apple Watch rings.

    My foot is feeling almost back to normal... am able to walk faster
    & I will be trying to add back up to 210 walking Min. So I can get

    Pass Day #2. I think I am accepting that I'm not shooting for Winner this month.

    Exercise: 15 minutes MommaStrong, 30 minutes walk
    Tracking: Every bite - that is my main goal this month, I have decided is to gather data by accurately tracking everything
    Calories: 362 Over Goal. But still some weight lost.

    I think one thing that I am learning is that maybe I was setting my calorie goal too low - and maybe all along I have been lying to myself about how much the nibbles add up.

    I was not super hungry yesterday. Some of the calories came in because I decided to take my walk in town and stopped in for a hot drink and a chocolate truffle in two different stores. I didn't need them but I wanted them.
