    I was out of town on Friday morning last week, so as compared to two Fridays ago, I'm down 0.8. More in the 10# challenge thread.

    Two good weeks in a row on the way back to goal.

    I’ve lost 24 pounds compared to where I was one year ago, which is perfectly in line with my intention to average two pounds a month. I’m down five pounds so far this year. This week, I was down 3.4 pounds. I’m pleased with that, but not expecting the same results next week.

    I made good choices in the past week, and it’s good when the scale aligns with my efforts - since that’s not always the case. Although my volunteer work has cut into my exercise three days a week, it also has me skipping lunch three days a week. Not sure that’s sustainable, but so far I’ve avoided overeating afterwards. The reality is I’m primarily a schedule-based eater, so if I don’t eat by 1-2 PM, I just sorta stop being hungry until it’s time for the next meal. Me and Pavlov, we got a thing goin' on . . .

    Thirteen pounds between me and goal weight at the moment.
