    I would have to say walking with my daughter and husky and eating keto

    I lost weight by diet alone. Since the end of August 2021, by eating strict Keto (5% carbs) I've lost almost 50 pounds. I just recently started line dancing for cardio and while I know it's doing my body good, it's stalled my weight loss. But I'm low enough now, that it's okay. I still have about 15 pounds to go, and right now, I'm basically maintaining. I'm hoping to see a loss soon though.

    I walk and do yoga and pilates classes 4-5 times a week, not for weight loss but for stretching and flexibility and maintaining strength as I get old, lol. But the best advice is to do whatever you like to do and have time and interest in doing regularly, consistently. Lots of sites recommend lifting weights, body weight exercise etc. but if it doesn't motivate you, it won't happen. Try youtube classes? anything to get you started, and stick with it.
