Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes?
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day?
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank?

Happy Monday fellow UAC pals! Even if you can’t physically see the results in front of you, every single effort is changing your body and mind from the inside. Never get discouraged but just keep moving forward. Remember to view your journey as the trend of a slope line. Maybe a few blips, but overall, you are accomplishing what you set out to do! So cheers to a successful week, however you define your success9

What does success mean for you this week? For me, success this week will mean taking a lunch time break to do some exercise. One day will be a strength routine and the next day will be a walk outside but focusing on being present during the walk, not lost in the stressors of work.9

My success this week is being stocked up with fresh and frozen veggies and fruit. My favorite frozen fruit blend is from Walmart. It’s a fruit salad blend with peaches, kiwi, and grapes.6

Thanks @Jana_2020 for this question. I love a good goal, something concrete that I can check off. I’m working on changing a bad habit that’s developed regarding how I start my morning. So one way I’m defining success this week is to begin (after coffee of course) each day with either a short stretching or strengthening workout. I’ve been putting it off every day and suddenly it’s 4 in the afternoon and I no longer want to deal with it. I’ve been walking every day so exercise isn’t an issue, but the stretching exercises I do help my mobility and soothe my muscles and are incredibly beneficial. So if you don’t mind, I’d like to keep a little chart here for the week:

Everything was covered in ice this morning so no walk, but I still got enough steps in today to call it a yes in my book.5 -
Mar 7/22 Ate some cookies mindlessly and by the time I realized it, I over did it. So I skipped dinner and walked some stairs until I broke even. I think I'm still over (guesstimating on cookie calories since they were given to me in a reusable lunch container and I don't know what kind they are). I will take the win today but ensure tomorrow I stay 200 calories in a deficit to cover any errors in today's guesstimating. I'm too tired to keep exercising tonight. I really want to make the Winner's Circle this month and I want to keep the momentum going. I'm really going to have to better pay attention to what I'm eating or planning to consume if I'm going to make it. Lesson learned today.9

Exercised tracked and logged. Made some strides with a great black bean quinoa cold salad for lunch I actually did some meal prepping on Sunday and dinner was a homemade soup hubby made.
Success this week? Not getting my bean boot sucked off as we have officially entered “mud” season seriously just to stay focused and work on my new food choices but will not expect it to be perfect.5 -

What does success mean for you this week?
This week I want to get back to my morning yoga/stretching. I've been so stiff the last few weeks and KNOW without a doubt that my yoga/stretching really helps with that.
