My exercise was nonexistent this week, I only worked out 1 day. I wasn’t feeling the best a couple of days and didn’t eat much at all, so I’m guessing that’s where the loss came from, and I’m still not feeling great. It’s actually snowing here today, so I’m just going to sit in front of the window and watch it and relax and try to recover unless I start feeling a lot better! I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend full of rest, relaxation, and fun!!4 -
I was MIA last week. I didn't post a weigh in or my steps. I actually had forgotten what day it was, and I had a whole lot of farm chores to do. So here goes my update.

To be frank I was planning for a lazy weekend with the main thing to do: tax return. But you got me! I can't not to attempt to get those 20K steps now! So I placed my laptop on the treadmill and did my taxes while slowly walking. I am getting very close to 10K while typing these words. So a big THANK YOU for motivating me! It is still early so I should be able to get to 20K - fingers crossed!4 -

Okay, I HAVE to get my weight back under control! My highest my whole life I feel like was 228 and now I'm above that!? My face and fingers are constantly feeling tight and puffy, I have back, hip, knee, and leg issues so I NEED to lose this weight, I gotta be stronger and have more will power! I'm 32 years old and my mind thinks I'm still 16, (I have quite a few mental disorders) but my body is falling apart so it would be good to get this weight off! I go back to my pain management Dr. In May and he said he'd like to see me lose 30lbs, not necessarily before May, but just overall. I don't want to go back to him even heavier!

My steps have been horrible lately. I haven't felt like walking. We have been so busy at work, the stomach bug has been going around for 2 weeks, so by the time I'm home I'm exhausted. I have an appointment with the nutritionist this week, one of my drs wants me to ask her about the low fodmap diet. The weight clinic gave me a pill to try to help curb my appetite and help with the weight loss but I don't think it helped at all so I will not get it refilled. I also have been having vertigo recently which isn't fun. I will have to remember some of the exercises I have for it.3

I am shocked that the gain is so little. I have been very busy at work and have been eating take out all week. My daily weight was a roller-coaster, it would go up 3lbs/down 3lbs from the salt intake/food in transit. I estimated my calories the whole weeks (tried my best with portion control) and no exercise.
Last night stayed up till 1AM doing meal prep for the week. Cannot have another repeat of last week. not so much for the weight, but the way i felt the whole week was horrible (swollen, bloated, cranky)
Proud of myself for not giving up and still working hard towards the goal. Wishing everyone a happy, healthy week!!!5 -

Back on the small weekly loss train, and very happy with it. The slow and steady progress has always comforted me more than major drops, even if the numbers are more satisfying. Being consistent was never something important to me until I started paying more attention to my health, and now it's crucial.3 -
