Not much, but a little improvement. My trainer got my head on straight Monday, and she's going to do measurements next Monday. She'll check body fat, and that should be interesting. So, for a couple of days I've been more motivated, lol.
Kelly, great to see your post, and you're inspiring me! Keep up the great work. Spring will eventually come!
I had a full day, and just got off Family Zoom. We're all doing brackets for the NCAA March madness basketball tournament, so I'm off to watch college basketball to see who gets into the final spots.
I look forward to seeing Sarah's and Lois' posts.

Sorry to be this late posting. It has been a very hectic day. I spent a chunk of it with our tax accountant, and did not get the good news I had hoped for. With all these unexpected expenses, I was hoping for a nice refund. And I am due a fairly nice amount from the Feds, but my last employer failed to take out county taxes as well as state taxes, and because we live in one of the most expensive counties in the country, what I owe pretty much eats up what I'll get from the feds. That's a disappointment, but my accountant is a former coworker who turned into a friend and we enjoy catching up once or twice a year.
I also spent a good chunk of time today helping hubby put the oven door back together. Yep. You heard that right. It was a nice day and we could open windows, so he used the self-cleaning option on the oven. He loves to cook and cooks a lot and it was a mess! And so was the glass in the door. And that doesn't clean much with the self clean. So he went up on you-tube and watched a video on how to take apart an oven door and clean all sides of the glass, including between the two layers of glass. Getting it taken apart was not so hard, but we ran into all kinds of trouble putting it back together. Stainless steel ranges are not as sturdy and well made as they should be for the large price they cost. At one point he thought he had it, but there was a still a small space between the glass and stainless steel that was a "kitten" to fix. My advice? Don't try it! LOL
So, I'm tired, it's late, and my contacts are sticking to my eyes, but I wanted to at least get my weight logged on the correct day. I'll be back tomorrow to chat.

Good morning Ladies.
I've been reading your comments, even tho I haven't been participating. Mom's passing has hit so unbelievably hard. Anyway, we're in the last parts of the services stuff...waiting for hubby or daughter to write the obituary (I've been asking since she passed - I'm a contract writer, not a fluffy, nice writer). Mine sounds so cold. Anyway. Finally got hotel rates and bookings completed. Mom's friend coordinated with the restaurant so we have a place for 50 people. Pall bearers are selected/accepted. Clothing identified and purchased where necessary (most of the pall bearers will wear Filipino Barongs. hubby and son want suits). With both spring break AND spring training, all of the larger vehicles are rented through April. So, we bought a pre owned 21 Highlander with 15k miles the other day. More leg room in back for my daughter and the six hour drive back and forth. I actually wanted a Highlander, hubby wanted a Sienna. Neither were available new until after mom's services into April. So that got checked off (and no, it wasn't a whim - it's something I've been avoiding to do as I didn't want a car payment yet and had hopes of prices coming down). The last items needed now are the obituary, readers for the mass and hubby's eulogy. I think I've got everything else covered.
Sarah you guys were brave to take that apart. That's an absolute, I'm keeping the dirty looking glass, option for me.
Sheesh - can't wait to hear if the measurements give you a smile - they usually did for me when I wasn't seeing the scale change much.
Kelly - keep up the morning workouts and enjoy the kiddos. Hopefully your son's team is still in the playoffs.

I'll take it. It's definitely not coming off as fast as I would like it but at least it should mean it'll be more long lasting once it does come off. I also factor in the fact that I'm weight training, which also means more muscle. Also... I'm 40 now, so I know the metabolism takes a bit to kick into gear. I'm trending down though, so that's great and I'm starting to feel great! I did a thigh burner video yesterday with Ella. It was only 15 minutes but man, our legs are sore today!
I'm just finishing my day off here at work, but wanted to be accountable and post my weight.
I hope everyone is having a good day0
