Hello team,
It's another lovely sunny day here but still quite cold.Lovely walking weather.I did a mile speed test around the park on Saturday.I was interested to time how long it would take me & see if I can improve on my time.After I walked around the park.
I then went for another walk in the afternoon with a friend along the canal.So that evening my feet & hips were pretty sore.You will see why on my steps below !
The next day I felt fine.I went to the cinema to watch a theatre screening of the 25th Anniversary of Riverdance.Filmed at a theatre in Dublin & also clips about the production & rehearsals.The show was amazing & had wonderful performances of the musicians & young dancers.
I used to tap dance as a child & adult so I felt like digging out my tap shoes again !
Feel that I need to get back to good eating habits this week.So see how it goes.

not a big loss but still a loss. ive stopped entering my food into the diary bc it gives me anxiety about foods and is not good for my mental health, so instead i decided to just make mroe conscious choices about what to eat and how much by thinking about my options before just picking one based on how yummy i think itll be. im still losing, maybe slower, but still losing and gaining health
@AveLyra You're listed as weighing in on Mondays. Should I move you to Sundays? Please advise. Nice loss this week, but I just wanted to let you know...

I'll take it! I'm surprised because I've gone over calories the last few days. I guess my activities and steps have made up for it. I should mention I don't eat back exercise calories, so I'm not as hard on myself if I go a little over.

Oh, I love Riverdance! That sounds so awesome. I never saw them in person, but we had dvd's I watched a lot when I was younger. Crazy amount of steps you had as well.1 -

Good morning Shape Shifters. I finally had a good food day again and could check all my boxes in the habit tracker. The goal is to do this for the next 2 weeks to make up for the bad weeks I had before. My head was very unhappy and I had to go to bed in the afternoon again. My house feels really dirty, but because I have been feeling so bad, I haven't been able to clean. I hope I can do that today.

@ac204 I went ahead and had you moved to Fridays last week, so I updated your weight and asked the MODS to remove the NWI and put in an LWI for the late weigh in. Nice loss this week!!
@Be_theBest_Me Wow...and your last weigh in was just a day or so ago, so wasn't an official one. Last week you were at 196.6 so that's a 2.8 lb loss! WTG!!! GREAT JOB!!!
