Good morning Shape Shifters. Not much to report here. I had more bad eating days. A bit upset with myself. I know exactly what to do, but somehow I haven't managed it yet. Not giving up though! Gym went well on Thursday, though it continues to kicks my butt. My head is still a bit unhappy and I took 4 painkillers yesterday and went to bed on time.

So I woke up, slammed a half gallon of water and realized that today was weigh in day. Lols, anyone have hints tips for night sweats due to peri-menopause? The hubby will only let me put the heater on 66 degrees at night (even when I ask him to put all the blankets in the house on his side of the bed!). Once he leaves, I don't turn the heater on till he comes home - but the sweating at night is tough and absolutely disrupts my sleep. I get to sleep, but then cannot stay asleep.5 -

I've been out to eat again for a friend's birthday,that's twice this week ! Not looking forward to getting on the scales in the morning.
I was soo pleased last night as the Dance fit classes were back on at my gym.I actually treated myself to a new pair of trainers to mark the occasion.
Classes are reduced to maximum of 12.There were only 6 of us at the class.It was great to see Lisa the teacher & other familiar faces.I actually remembered some of the routines.Not bad for an old bird ! It was such fun & good for the soul.

Was traveling all day so I didn't get a chance to post earlier. I think my lack of sleep is the reason for my post dinner healthy snacking that brings me up to maintenance level macros. I was stuck at 196.4 almost every day this week so I'll take this little loss. I'm not sure if I'll have access to a scale next week.3 -

Terrible week regarding headaches. Bought 20 new painkillers on Monday; 8 left currently. Yesterday felt like the start of another migraine, so I had to go to bed in the middle of the day which I hate doing. I don't know what is going on, but I hope it stops soon. My food was all over the place. I will do my best to make the next two weeks perfect (gym, under calories, good food choices).
