Man, I can not keep my weight down, ugh. I need to start working out more often, but I havent been able to sleep at night, then Im too tired to get up in the morning, but I know If I get up and workout, I will sleep better. I just have to do it because diet alone, I just cant seem to do it.4 -

I was out of town for a sculpture class and had a wonderful time with my fellow artists. When I returned, I had to put my sweet eighteen year old cat, Bubba, to sleep. So it's been highs and lows and I was definitely off track. But I'm back and excited about continuing my journey to health.3 -

Good morning Shape Shifters. Not much to report here. I had more bad eating days. A bit upset with myself. I know exactly what to do, but somehow I haven't managed it yet. Not giving up though! Gym went well on Thursday, though it continues to kicks my butt. My head is still a bit unhappy and I took 4 painkillers yesterday and went to bed on time.
