    @tahm42 I've never seen a manatee before!! It certainly looks HUGE!!! I thought it was some kind of sea monster or something!! Lol. Thanks for sharing!

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes. Blood pressure slightly up and didn’t realize it could be due to a lack of exercise!! Life is tough right now mentally but I’m still faithfully tracking my foods.
