Two non-scale victories as well today:
1. I've never been able to hold Warrior 2 for two minutes before. But I can today, probably thanks to all the cycling.
2. Despite driving from London to Exeter and attending a funeral, I managed to stay under my calories for today. My partner and I made a plan, and I was able to stick to the plan and not lose control at the wake buffet.9 -

This has definitely worked for me. My CI have reduced this month.
I know some people believe that all calories are equal. However, I was checking my macros today and I realised that my Fat%age has been creeping up, which I do not think is healthy for my body.
I will prelog my CI first thing in the morning to ensure that I am within 2% my daily specified goal for Fat%age

@Mrs_Hoffer that is a iddy buddy baby. It was about 6 ft long. It's mother was about 3 ft broad and 13 ft long.
If you look closely towards the front of my husband's boat that would be the tail of mom in the water. I hope we see more this week.
