It's that time of the month again!! Time to begin letting us all know if you plan to be in the Winner's Circle or on the Champion's List for March.

I will be in the Winners Circle this month. It's been a while since that's been the case and it's only because I'm doing maintenance rather than actively trying to lose weight.5

Minimal exercise today but got my 20 in I spent most of it in the office with a non cooperative computer and paperwork ugh! It was to cold at lunch for a walk the wind was howling once again rain forecast for tomorrow and the 60’s for the weekend. I tracked and logged scale slowly moving downward.3
