Jill - you are doing amazing in recovery from your health scare last week. All that time on a saline drip will have taken such a toll (temporary and necessary) as will the antibiotics, lack of sleep, stress, and and the illness itself. Continue to take good care of yourself. 💛 @jmu1965

Exercise? No. I came home from work, plopped on the couch, and my daughter woke me up at 7:30 and sent me to bed.

Calories? No (sadly, illness seldom keeps me from eating).5 -

X. Exercise - irritated or pulled muscle?
Somehow, IDK how, I have injured, irritated, I don’t know what??? My right butt. Hurts when I put all my weight in one foot or bend over forwards or bend knees into partial crouch.
Didn’t do my walk today - hoping it just needed rest.
I’ll be a Champion-in my goal range & all macros/micros where my docs & I want them. Sleeping got better once I adjusted to DST.
Measuring nuts & peanut butter to certain serving sizes - 100% it’s going great!
