How do you deal with family who aren't interested?

You mentioned we can reach out if we need help on our WFPB journey. Well, I need help. I hope that asking here is okay.
I've been WFPB SOS free on and off for the last 4-5 years. When I follow it, I feel amazing. The issue is my family hates my food. They try to eat it and then I end up throwing a lot out. When they aren't eating it, they are making fun of it, or me. This is the primary reason I haven't maintained the lifestyle. I follow recipes, but they just don't enjoy the food, and adding salt at the table doesn't seem to help often. Hubby grew up in a restaurant and the high fat, high salt, big portion life is ingrained in him and my kids. Suggestions? Ideas? I would really appreciate any advice anyone can throw my way.
