    @BMcC9 Welcome back! We’ll look forward to learning more about your trip on the “What’s on your mind?” thread. Tremendous activity level on the stair climbing while away — not surprised you lost inches! It is a joy to travel to new places, but it sure does take a toll on our bodies. ✈️

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? No.
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? No.
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? No.

    I was feeling pretty run down today, so I took a rest day. Although I didn't overeat - so I probably didn't go over, but I didn't track. I went to church this morning, but nothing much the rest of the day. It barely hit 50(F), so hubby started a fire in the fireplace and I worked on my crochet afghan for my step-daughter who's getting married at the end of the month. I'll share a photo later in the month when I get it finished.

    @snowshoe072 Kate, we have a couple of pretty big hills out here where I'm at.... I never thought of doing that either!
