Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes?
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day?
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank?

    Agreed @snowshoe072, it's been a long week!
✅✅ for logging and some intentional movement (using cleaning as my 20 minutes).

Starting the month off with 3 Pass days already. Fighting some kind of bug that just keeps hanging on.This too shall pass. I'll take however many days I need to get over this, and plan to come back strong!

Take good care of yourself Bill — sounds like a good plan to take time to get over it and you’ll be back strong. You’ll be back Bill 70s Strong! @Bill70sStrong 🌷
