My steps were not good last week. So far this week they have been much better. This was my birthday weekend and I ate way too much and feel gross. Yesterday I ordered salad with my food because I like salad when someone else makes it and I felt like I was going to explode. I have to make April my month, I have to stop talking about it and get it done. Not sure why with all these people watching my weight nothing is happening. I see the dr next week I think. I did make sure to exercise all weekend though. There's a plus. I am making a food and exercise plan in my head, let's just hope nothing gets in my way2

Hello Everyone, Ashley- thank you for welcoming me to the group, Weight No More. I just joined yesterday and started my journey towards health today. Got my work out in this morning before work and tracked everything I ate. It was a good day! I got 16,180 steps in.

Slowly but surely getting to where I was. My body scan suggested I lose nine pounds of fat, so that will be the next goal. It won't necessarily mean losing nine pounds of weight, since there's definitely water retained in my body, and also muscle to build, so we'll just have to wait and see what's next for me, even if I'd prefer to... ahem... Weight No More.3 -

I expected to be up since I came back from vacay Sunday but this is a pleasant surprise and reassured me that I don’t need to “detox” because I ate and drank everything I wanted for 5 days but I was active, so I think that helped balance it out! Instead I just resumed my normal eating habits and had a lot of water! Feeling like I can trust myself again 💚3 -

Ah yeah, I guess my mind has just been all over the place lately. I'm struggling, but hanging in there and doing okay. Some areas are better than others, others not so much, but I'm glad to see the scale moving down! I realllllly hope I have another lods this coming weigh in. I was about to weigh in today to see if I went down any already, but I know that's not a good idea for me from past history with that so I'm gonna keep it up and wait til Sunday. 🙃
