I've started a zoom workout session by watching youtube workout videos with others. We work out on Mondays with a strength training focus for approximately 45 minutes and Thursday with an aerobic focus for approximately 45 minutes. The sessions are at 6:30 pm eastern time. Hi, do you need to have equipment? I have a few dumbbells, but that's it. Also, I am just getting back into this, so I'm severely out of shape. How advanced are the workout sessions?0

You don't need equipment. We start out with a stretching video, then a low impact workout and if time allows another low impact workout. On Mondays, the focus is on strength training and on Thursdays the focus is on aerobics. It's really changed the way I view exercise with the constant support of others online keeping me focused.0
