    Allow myself a maintaince day at least 1 time a week and do my glute workouts at least 3 times a week. Xox

    Yes x 3 today. I threw my back out and had Shockwave therapy in both feet today so I am counting grocery shopping and cooking/food prep as my 20 minute intentional exercise today.
