    Busy day today. Got my exercise in: 10.3 km; 15,000+ steps. Tracked and exactly on the button for calories (refraining from eating any of my exercise calories, if possible).

    Yes x 3 today. I threw my back out and had Shockwave therapy in both feet today so I am counting grocery shopping and cooking/food prep as my 20 minute intentional exercise today.

    Good job Marisa, I am enjoying watching your transition to maintenance. Holidays are an interesting aspect of it. Thanks for sharing the details - I have no doubt you will be back to normal for sure!

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, 31 minute walk at lunch, 46 minute Peloton ride with a 5 minute post ride stretch, and one more quick dog walk for 18 minutes before bed.
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes.
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes.

    So why is my weight up today? I think it’s from the box of cookies the day before just catching up with me.
