Again, filling in @Mrs_Hoffer 's shoes and hoping I do OKA great BIG CONGRATULATIONS to all of our April UAC Champions!
A Champion is someone who sticks around and continues to post in the UAC even though they've surpassed their 3 Pass Days. If you're still here, and you're still posting, then YOU ARE A CHAMPION! Very well done everyone!!

EXERCISE: Interval Run this morning —got at least 2 miles and hope to find a way to overcome the rain and get out there and chalk up 2 more miles.

Gardened and planted tomatoes and Japanese egg plant. Marigolds were also planted to keep the bugs off. Discovered that my garden is full of ants so the sevens dust came out big time. Hoping the ants leave and my veggies grow well.5 -

Exercise done, tracked everything, and under base calories. I expect that tomorrow will be a pass day. We are in the car for 6 hours for the drive up and back to see our daughter’s call to the bar & signing of the roll ceremony. It is a year late, and the only ceremony of all those cancelled in the last two years that will go ahead. We are so proud of Katie and happy to be there to witness and celebrate her. 🥰
I’ve pre-tracked all I can for tomorrow and will get the long dog walk in early in the morning before we leave.5 -
Yes x3. A beautiful evening so I got out for some walking and running intervals. Spring has finally sprung but it’s still drab and brown around here.
