Monday I went for a walk with my friend.
Tuesday I went for a slow short walk with my mom
Wednesday I am going for another walk with my friend instead of pilates because we both were potentially exposed to Covid and so we will exercise outside with masks on instead of inside1 -
Monday: Gym time.
Tuesday: 30 minute stretching. I need to do better warm ups.. I'm maintaining but not much gaining in flexibility regardless of how much I have been stretching.

Wednesday: More gym time - pushed pretty hard. Paying for it today, but .. needed to push through a little harder to progress.
Thursday: Active recovery - stretching, slow kick technique work. Light forms practice0 -
Friday: Missed the gym - family stuff took over.
Saturday: Practice in the park
Sunday: Black belt class + gym time0
