    Monday I went for a walk with my friend.
    Tuesday I went for a slow short walk with my mom
    Wednesday I am going for another walk with my friend instead of pilates because we both were potentially exposed to Covid and so we will exercise outside with masks on instead of inside

    Monday: Gym time.
    Tuesday: 30 minute stretching. I need to do better warm ups.. I'm maintaining but not much gaining in flexibility regardless of how much I have been stretching.

    Wednesday: More gym time - pushed pretty hard. Paying for it today, but .. needed to push through a little harder to progress.

    Thursday: Active recovery - stretching, slow kick technique work. Light forms practice
