    Mine is to stay consistent with my nutrition- I tend to yo-yo between not eating enough on high activity days and too many carbs to make up for it later

    I have been very lax the past 18 months with moderation! Looking for accountability and consistency.

    Looking to lean out but continue to build strength and I know the only way to do that is by getting back to tracking so I am more aware of what I’m putting in my body. Looking for support but also here to support others.

    Hi Movement Studio friends! Coming off an awfully long winter and a long healing injury I am ready to kick my butt back into better eating habits to go along side my fitness. I need to lose some weight too! Appreciate the invite to this group Jamie; as we’ve seen from MS, community is so valuable and helpful with accountability and insights. I upgraded too Julie!
