I've been sick the last week so haven't been walking and have been eating *kitten* so have a feeling the result next week is going to be not great but pleased with a loss this week, I wasn't expecting it. I achieved my next mini goal which was 19kg total loss which is a quarter of the weight to lose to reach goal. It's my birthday this coming week and I've got a few days off to get some things sorted so will be a struggle to keep things smooth. Ahh well, you only get a birthday once a year! I invited my close family on a trip to our local aquarium in the hopes of avoiding a dinner but my brother can't make it so we're still going out to dinner lol. I'm looking forward to birthday Churros. It's the one time a year I have them and I LOVE them, not ever giving those up for my birthday. I even managed to get some in Bali when we were there for my birthday one year. Not going to say they were the best but it was pretty awesome to get some for my birthday there.
@Gnawcraft Keep at it, you'll have that breakthrough if you keep trying and you can say goodby to those 7lbs forever.

Better late than never! Birthday was great. Had my churros and a delicious dinner with family. We did a lot of walking around our state aquarium which was lovely. I haven't been great this weekend. Struggling to get back into my groove. Having some health issues which are making it hard to get up and walk in the morning but I have some doctors appointments so hopefully I can get that sorted out. In the meantime I'm not going to beat myself up. Going to work on keeping food good and walking in a more gentle way.
I was soooo close to one of the major goals on my list this month. 115.7kg is 20kg lost on this journey so far. I saw that on the scales on Wednesday last week but my splurge took it's toll for my Saturday weigh in. I've seen it again today so hopefully that sticks around. Really need to work on my water intake as it's been diabolical while I've been on leave.
When I saw my doctor yesterday we did a weigh in and she congratulated me on how I've done so far. It's nice to get that boost from her. Good luck everyone on the new month!!!1 -
