    In about a month I will be seeing my brother. He lives in Berlin and I haven’t seen him in maybe 4 years. I would like to set a goal - normally I am on “the lose .5 lbs a week” track. I wonder if I could actually instead work a little harder and lose 1 lb a week for a total of 4 lbs before he gets here. I’m 5’ tall, 154.2 lbs and right now my base calories are 1368 (I eat more when I exercise).. I am running 4x a week for my half marathon training. Maybe I could add more working out and be more diligent about weekend tracking. I’m usually a little more lax on the weekend and may go out to dinner which makes the tracking less accurate… any thoughts? Does it sound do-able?

    I think you can do it. It’s recommended women stay above 1200 calories so if you add the extra exercise in you can lose the pound a week and still be close to 1200. I think the weekends do get a lot of people so extra attention to tracking will make the difference. I know a lot of restaurants have a calorie friendly or heart friendly section to the menu. If you did eat out stick to this section but there is still the issue of sodium. You got this! 💪 💪 💪

    Fantastic loss!

    @red1185
    Continue to set some smart goals each week and smash them. Weight loss will follow. Will you be missing weigh in when you travel to Jamaica? Enjoy your trip!

    @aneedlecraft
    Great job on the steps! If I am remembering correctly this is your first week doing the step challenge. Keep pushing each day to meet your step goal and your stamina will build.

    @888Angie888
    Awesome step day!

    @tahm42
    Sounds like a fantastic week and a loss! Can’t ask for more.

    @Morethanjustanumber
    Glad you are feeling better.

    Congrats @MadDuck62 @Megan_smartiepants1970 @Jpedno
