Weighed myself a few times this morning and moved the scale around a bit with same result. Kinda shocked honestly.
I ate close to maintenance most days, and got 4 walks in. While I did have less salty food this week I think I mostly have the Woosh fairy to thank for this loss.

Early weigh-in this week as I’m heading overseas tomorrow. I only purchased a one-way flight as I don’t like to be dictated by time and location - I prefer to just see where my travels take me and go from there. I’m thinking I’ll probably be back sometime around the middle to end of July - I realize there will be many missed weigh-ins, so understand if you need to remove me from the team.2 -

After the hike I went to a pie shop relatively close by that I have been hearing about for years. The pie was quite nummy and eaten guilt free… that piece I have for tomorrow may not be so guilt free but still hopefully nummy3 -
Haven’t been keeping track over the weekend while traveling just got back in yesterday mid afternoon. Getting back on track today.1
