    @Americanbabydoll Wow! That's an amazing recovery from last week. Huge well done.

    Happily plodding along. Hubby and I are doing a low carb diet for the next two weeks as part of a challenge I'm doing, he was diagnosed pre-diabetic so it'll be good for him too. I have a meal plan and recipes ready to go. I'm meal prepping tomorrow to help have breakfast and lunches accessible so we're not tempted to go to the easy options (cereal & sandwiches for me). Wish me luck. I'm going to miss my bread, rice & pasta. Particularly the rice. If it helps me hit my next mini goal which is 2.1kg away (25kg lost + 1/3 of the way through total weight loss) it'll be worth it!

    I got a sunburn last weekend and my weight jumped 4 pounds overnight. The burn is getting better and now I'm seeing a drop in my weight, just not quite back to where I was yet. Only a small loss for this month as a result.

    I cannot say how please I am with this months results. I stopped beating myself up about not exercising and just knuckled down on my food. I'm 0.9kg away from my next mini goal, 25kg lost and a third of the way through my total weight loss. I'm also really looking forward to getting under 110kg.

    I'm going on holiday at the end of next month which I'm really looking forward to, I've been wearing the same clothes I started my weight loss with although they fit either better or are loose now and my belt has come in handy. I don't have a lot of inbetween clothes so I'm going to have to do an inventory and work out what I need to get for the holiday but I don't want to build a whole wardrobe as I hope I'll only be using them for a couple of months so I might hit the donation/thrift shops to see what I can get.

    @Gnawcraft Well done on the loss for the month, 4lb isn't tiny! They recommend a lb a week for sustainable weight loss.

    @Americanbabydoll Hope the sunburn heals up fast and the water rentention disappears along with it's annoying weight.
