I have completely stalled out. I thought that working out would have produced more results, but I am really going to have to get my eating habits in check if I want to start losing weight.4 -

After a week of work travel and seeing friends, along with a lot more overall consumption than I'm used to, and I'm happy with generally being the same weight.
Focusing on 7 hours of sleep per night, which has done wonders for my productivity and overall mood. Last time I tried this I cut out most exercise besides walking the dogs, but now I try to fit in exercise throughout the day, and lift a couple times a week during the day.4 -

@Yukie_OP I've filled in the last few days of Jun, but our Jul stats started on Sun, Jun 26th, so I've filled in your remaining Jun days there and put you in the challenge for Jul. Enjoy your weekend!

If you wear a watch for steps (Apple, Garmen, Fitbit, etc) that works too on elliptical or rower...as long as you place the watch on the part of the body doing the work (pants pocket, etc)...I sometimes walk in stores with a cart and put my watch in my pocket.
Just a thought...Jessica
I wish the rower would count steps, because I burn more Cals in that contraption than in the elliptical. Lol.

@Nataliewr0403
You'll have to try the rower and see...is it one of the exercises listed on your watch's app? If so, just make sure you choose that before you begin and then go for it! Let me know...now I'm curious to hear!
Enjoy your weekend!

We had our Canada Day celebrations yesterday, a BBQ and fireworks. It was a good time, didn’t overeat a lot. I’m not worried about the scale today.
I have noticed that when I’m wearing shorts or dresses that my legs hardly touch when I’m walking so that’s nice for the summer2 -
Hello everyone! Happy Independence Day weekend! I'm so happy to continue in July with renewed determination and motivation, mostly fueled by so many of *YOU*! My final weigh-in for June was ~162; so not much change there. I actually think I may have GAINED since June 26 (coupla binges), but I will find out for sure when I step on the scale tomorrow (Weigh-ins are Sunday for me.)

Going forward, I plan to be more consistent with posting steps for the day and more active on the boards.
Best wishes everyone!

Sorry so late and thanks for the reminder Jessica! I had a bit of a mini-lapse and got very discouraged, but I dragged myself back up and here I am!

Happy Saturday Shape Shifters!
Good news for me is I'm finally feeling good enough to get out for a regular walk again. Unfortunately, Covid hit my family a few weeks ago starting with my son and then I got it a couple days later. We're both better now and getting back in the swing of things. Bad news is I think my weight loss last week was from being ill so it's up this week. Hopefully more walking will help!
Happy 4th to those that celebrate it!2 -

So terrible weigh in as expected. I do, however, feel much rested. I'm going to try to really concentrate on what I eat this week. I have to keep my exercise light until I figure out the irregular heartbeat.3 -
