Good morning, Lurkers...a word about "Living the Lifestyle"

There are more than a few lurkers on our board - and that is okay.
But, some of you may be wondering how to be more involved. One of the best ways would be to volunteer to take on the "Wildcard" day, currently Friday, and offering up a question for the group. They can be thought provoking, or simply a question about how best to do something.
Another way to get involved would be to respond to the LTL questions that are posted. There are some good questions. While we get some really good responses from the folks who respond, we are missing your thoughts and ideas. And, I know you have them as you read the questions - which many of you do.
ALL members of this board are welcome to join in.

I hesitated for a long time to be actively involved because I thought that anything I had to say (1) Had already been said before (2) Would not be helpful to anyone (3) Would come across as superficial. given the depth of knowledge and long experience most of the posters have with weight management. I flipped a coin and it came down on it's edge, so I knocked it over.0

Everything I know about weight loss, I learned from someone else. And “long experience” hasn’t protected me (or many others) from struggling with basic issues from time to time. There is, unfortunately, no linkage between experience and execution.1
