Hi everybody. I'm a vegetarian with a mostly plant-based diet, but welcome friends with all lifestyles. Please add me if you would like support.

Right now, I'm trying to reduce the sodium in my diet so I can stay off high blood pressure meds -- I eat out a lot (mostly from exhaustion/too tired to cook) and of course restaurant and takeout food is loaded with sodium. A clean food diet really helps.

    I'm watching my sodium, too. The cardio physician told me to try and get down to 1800 mgs per day. I'm not doing so well on that because it's hard not to eat anything that doesn't have some level of sodium in it. That being said when I do hold it down to 1800 mg, I usually don't have to watch my calories, lol. Anyway, good luck and add me as a friend if you'd like.
